About
The person behind
360° Strategy
Not a consultancy. Not an agency. One senior executive — embedded in your organisation, accountable for outcomes, and experienced enough to know what actually works.
20 years of doing the work — not just advising on it
There is a certain type of executive who thrives on being thrown into the deep end. New market. No team. Unclear brief. Six months to show results. That is the environment 360° Strategy was built for — and the one I have spent my entire career in.
From telecommunications to cybersecurity, RegTech to SaaS — across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific — the mandate has always been the same: take ownership, build the function, and make the numbers move. Not as a consultant writing recommendations, but as the person in the room making the decisions.
360° Strategy exists because most organisations, at some point in their growth, need that level of senior leadership but cannot justify — or are not ready for — a full-time hire. This model gives you the thinking, the execution, and the accountability, without the overhead.
How I work
A few things that are true about every engagement.
I work with your people
I do not arrive with a team or replace yours. I embed within your organisation, work alongside your people, and build capability that outlasts the engagement. You keep the knowledge.
KPIs before day one
Every engagement starts with a clear mandate and agreed metrics. You will always know what success looks like — and you will be able to measure it. No ambiguity, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.
Fast start, no hand-holding
Most engagements are running within 2–10 days. The onboarding is a conversation, not a six-week discovery phase. You hired a senior executive — expect them to hit the ground running.
No agenda beyond yours
There is no hidden consulting firm to upsell, no junior team to place, no software to push. The only objective is your outcome. When the mandate is done, it is done — with the option to continue if the need is there.

What I actually believe
Most organisations do not have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. The ideas are there. The people are there. What is missing is someone who can take the mandate, make the decisions, and drive it through — without needing to be managed.
I also believe that the fractional model only works if there is real accountability. Showing up for a weekly call and writing a deck is not fractional leadership. It is expensive advice. The difference is ownership — being the person who loses sleep over the outcome, not just the one who reports on it.
And finally: good work speaks for itself. Which is why every engagement starts with defined KPIs — and ends with results you can point to.
